Ginger Walker grew up on a cattle ranch in southwestern Wyoming, spending a lot of time outdoors herding cattle and observing wildlife. Her background created a passion for both western art and wildlife art.
Ginger works primarily in oils and in colored pencils, and enjoys painting on location in the plein air style. She now spends time between Wyoming and her home in Texas, continuing her love of art. She has been a member of CTAA since 2007 and is also a member of Gainesville Area Visual Arts Association. Her work can be seen on her website: www.artbyginger.com.
